The base of the design was to refurbish the existing
historical villa house and extend it with a new building
which gives a new identity to the whole area with a
dynamic line.

The form of the building shaped by several elements
such as the large scale of steps of the terrain, the solar
characteristics, and the panoramic views.

The building contains 67 apartments, a restaurant and
bar, conference room and a wellness zone.

The villa building was refurbished, the facade was
restored to its original look. It could be operating
separately suitable for smaller events or training
courses and it also has a wine bar with a terrace.
